- Best for: Faster delivery with tracking
Free Shipping
- Available for: Orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Best for: Budget-conscious shoppers
Please note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
As fellow riders who understand the importance of proper fitting equestrian gear, we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return process is designed to be straightforward and rider-friendly.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within the 15-day window
Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of our equestrian community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Dewormers (due to pharmaceutical regulations and safety concerns)
- Clothing Care products that have been opened or used
- Intimate apparel and items where hygiene is a concern
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service Team
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team (comprised of experienced riders who understand your needs) will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send your return package to our address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5-7 business days of receipt), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we approve your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Processing
For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment. If the exchange item is of higher value, we will contact you for payment of the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost to you.
